Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is cash back?
According to Wikipedia.org, the commission share that a customer gets is called cash back. "When a customer makes a purchase online, instead of visiting the retailer directly, they may choose to go via a cashback website in order to generate a monetary reward for buying the products or services. The cashback website will receive a commission from the retailer and once the purchase, free trial, or information request is confirmed, that commission will be shared with the customer who made the purchase."

Is there a limit on how much cash back I can get?
Usually, there is no limit on the amount of cash back you can earn. The more you buy the more you get.

How do I earn cashback on purchases?
Usually, you are required to sign up at the provider's web site and then click through the store link on that web site to make the purchase. Some retailers may have restrictions on cash back if coupons are used during purchase. For accuracy purpose, please always check the providers' web site for up-to-date information.

How will cashback be paid?
Cashback can appear in different forms. The most common one is a dollar amount shown in your registered account with the cashback provider. Most of the providers have a minimum payment threshold, which means you may not be able to request payment if your balance is below the threshold. Some providers only make payments to you per your request while some others may automatically mail you a check or credit your Paypal account according to a preset payment schedule if your balance meets the minimum threshold. Please always check with each provider to see their payment requirement and schedule.
